Reporting
We provide you with real time reports, completed at the time of repossession. We can also give you a price, or in the cases where towing is necessary, a close estimate of the final costs straight away.
Documentation
Locating the asset
Where the debtor has moved on, we make enquiries to establish a workplace or updated address to locate and recover your asset.
Where an asset cannot be sighted during the hours in which a repossession may lawfully be carried out, we will attend at other times to locate it and confirm it is there. The recovery itself is then carried out within the permitted hours.
We keep your fees to a minimum by choosing the best time to attend the repossession, reducing mileage fees in remote areas.
How we work with your clients
Having a policing background, we have the ability to build a rapport with whomever we encounter and operate with empathy and respect.
We keep your client informed throughout the process. This ensures your relationship is maintained going forward. In most cases assets are surrendered voluntarily, without confrontation.
Personal property
We take time to assist your client to remove any personal belongings from the vehicle, or other asset, at the time of repossession. This frees you and your staff from the burden of returning property to clients and eliminates any potential for complaint regarding missing items.
An alternative outcome
Recovery is not always the outcome you want. Where you would rather the account was brought up to date, we can take payment or negotiate an arrangement at the door and leave the asset with your client.
You keep the customer, and you avoid the cost of recovery, storage and resale.
After the recovery
Where the asset is driveable we deliver it to your yard, your dealer or any location you prefer. Where it is not, we use tow providers we work with regularly.
We can also arrange secure storage until you decide where it goes.

We ensure the correct material is delivered to your client and that the legislation is complied with.
